Alexander Technique

In working with the Alexander Technique I help you bring attention to how you are moving and functioning in everyday life — in how you sit, stand, walk, speak, and work.

Often we carry more tension than we realise.

Over time, this becomes familiar.

It can limit movement, contribute to pain, and quietly reduce our sense of ease and strength.

As unnecessary effort falls away, movement becomes lighter, more coordinated, and more supported.

Breathing deepens.

Balance improves.

A greater sense of stability emerges.

This is not about correcting posture or trying harder. It is about allowing the body to organise itself with less interference.

Sessions are 60 minutes and offered in person and online.

With regular practice, changes become more integrated and reliable.

An initial conversation can help determine whether this approach is appropriate for you.
